Artist Statement: ‘Sport’
In my practice I have found much inspiration in athletics and sport. To many, sport may be the toy department of life. For me it is an ‘arena’ filled with the substance that connects the subjective world of values, attitudes, passions, and temperaments, as well as to the world of historical conditions. In a sense, Sport has evolved into a form of representation.
